About the Journal
Journal of Exercise Physiology and Human Performance (JOSPHE) is an international peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing scientific knowledge in human performance science. The journal publishes high-quality research that explores the physiological, neurocognitive, psychological, organizational, and functional determinants of human performance, with the aim of advancing scientific understanding of the mechanisms, adaptations, interventions, and environmental factors that influence performance, health, productivity, and functional capacity across diverse populations and settings.
JOSPHE welcomes interdisciplinary research in exercise physiology, sports science, neuroscience, physiotherapy, rehabilitation sciences, nursing, occupational health, psychology, management, human factors, and related disciplines. The journal particularly focuses on four major areas: Exercise and Sport Performance; Cognitive and Mental Performance; Occupational Health, Leadership, and Workforce Performance; and Rehabilitation and Functional Performance.
JOSPHE publishes original research articles, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, narrative reviews, scoping reviews, case reports, and applied research articles that contribute to the advancement of human performance science.
