Author Guidelines
Thank you for considering the Journal of Exercise Physiology and Human Performance (JOSPHE) as a venue for your scholarly work. Authors are requested to carefully read and follow these guidelines before submitting a manuscript.
Scope of Submission
JOSPHE welcomes original and high-quality manuscripts related to:

Rehabilitation and Functional Performance
Submissions must contribute to the advancement of knowledge in exercise physiology, human performance, neuroscience, rehabilitation sciences, or related disciplines.

The template provides detailed instructions regarding manuscript structure, formatting requirements, tables, figures, references, and other submission standards. Manuscripts should be written in clear and concise English and include the following sections:

Manuscripts that do not conform to the journal template may be returned to the authors for technical revision before entering the peer-review process.
Abstract
The abstract should:

Contain 150–250 words
-
Be written as a single paragraph
-
Include background, objective, methods, results, conclusion, and novelty
-
Be followed by a maximum of five keywords
References
Authors must use APA 7th Edition referencing style.
Requirements:

Minimum 20 references
-
At least 80% from peer-reviewed international journal articles
-
References should preferably be published within the last 10 years
-
Use reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote, or similar tools
Ethical Requirements
For studies involving human participants or animals, authors must provide evidence of ethical approval from an appropriate ethics committee or institutional review board.
Authors must also confirm that informed consent was obtained whenever applicable.
Plagiarism Screening
All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software before entering the peer-review process.
Authors are responsible for ensuring originality and proper citation of all sources.
Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose any financial, professional, institutional, or personal relationships that may influence the research.
If no conflict exists, authors should state that no conflict of interest is declared.
Author Contributions
All authors must have made substantial contributions to the research and manuscript preparation.
Author contributions should be clearly stated in the manuscript.
Submission Process
Manuscripts must be submitted through the JOSPHE online submission system.
Before submission, authors should ensure that:

The manuscript has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
Peer Review
All manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer-review process involving at least two independent reviewers.

JOSPHE provides immediate open access to its content to support the global exchange of scientific knowledge and promote the dissemination of research findings.

Authors retain copyright of their work. Articles published in JOSPHE are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License.
